We’re offering companies who are looking to increase their accessibility and/or brand visibility in diverse hiring the opportunity to do just that.
After participants have graduated, pre-matched and relevant candidates will be able to submit their resumes to our Employer Partners for an internship or work placement opportunity.
Opportunity length and option of ‘paid’ or ‘unpaid’ is at the discretion of the Employer Partner.
Funding: Should an internship or paid placement feel like the right fit for both company and participant to pursue, a wage subsidy will be available to the Employer Partner, covering 50% of the wage for 10 weeks.
